Kiran runs appointments from 8.30am until 5.00pm. Appointments can be arranged
over the phone, please call to book, where possible 24 hours notice is required
when cancelling an appointment or unfortunately the patient will have to be
charged.
your first visit
When you visit Kiran for the first time, a full case history will be taken
and you will be given an examination. You will normally be asked to remove
some of your clothing and to perform a simple series of movements. Kiran will
then use a highly developed sense of touch called palpation to identify any
points of weakness or excessive strain throughout the body. Additional investigations
such as x-rays or blood tests may be required. This will allow full diagnosis,
from which a suitable treatment plan can be developed with you. Osteopathy
is patient centred, which means the treatment is geared to you as an individual.
